- Multi-tasker with strong organizational skills. Ability to work well independently. Coordination with regional project managers, field supervisors, owners, inspectors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ability to prepare submittals, owner pay estimates, change orders and correspondences.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- Timberline Accounting software a plus, MS Office proficient.
- Knowledgeable in civil work.
Field Project Engineer September 11, 2010
- Ability to Multi-task, Strong organizational skills.
- Must be familiar with Submittals, application for payment, change orders, Purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- Knowledgeable in heavy civil work.
Heavy Diesel Mechanic July 29, 2010
- Repair and rebuild major components including engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, etc.
- Tear down and overhaul components on vehicles and equipment.
- Troubleshoot problems
- Weld and fabricate parts for machines and equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenenace performed and associated costs.
- Transport equipment to and from construction sites as necessary.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and trailers.
- Order and maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
- Clean and maintain shop area
Surveyor July 17, 2010
Surveyor (I Man-Rod Man) Needed
- Preparation and coordination of boundary surveys and construction staking
- Writing descriptions for properties, roads, easements, rights-of-way, etc.
- Review, QC and tracking of all survey work
- Providing direction and mentorship to all survey members as needed
- G.P.S experience required.
